When logging in to OptiRad, visit the URL www.optirad.hexarad.com. Before entering your email address and password, you first need to select if you’re signing in as an administrator or as a reporter (otherwise the system might show the error message ‘Invalid email or password’). Choose to sign in as a reporter.

Enter your email address and the password you set, and log in.

If you forget your password, click the link at the bottom of the page to request a link to reset your password, or email Jack at optiradsupport@hexarad.com.
